The names of all trustees shall be notified in the Gazette as soon as may be after their appointment.

10. The Governor may appoint a Secretary of the Trust, a Harbour Master, a Health Officer of the Port and such other officer as may be re^uired for the purposes of the Trust and ch officers shall be under the control of the Trust.

The Cha ir man shall give to the officers under the control of the Trust such instructions and directions as may be necessary for carrying out LJ giving effect to the decisions and policy of the Trust and shall be responsible for their being carried out and for the general administration of the Port.

(1) The trustees shall meet once in every alternate week and more often if need be and may adjourn from time to time, The Chairman may at anytime, and shall on a requisition signed by three trustees, summor a meeting of the trustees.

At any meeting of the trustees any trustees shall be quorum.
